New Spanish legislation about electricity prices and greenhouse gas emission rights
The Spanish government has just published Royal Decree-Law 11/2007 under which it is to charge electricity generation companies for any money they make on greenhouse gas emission rights that were given to them free of charge. In Spanish it is called “Real Decreto-Ley 11/2007”.
We have a translation of it into English.
